Fraud Resolution Expert

Fraud Resolution Expert needed to join our team. This role involves investigating and resolving financial fraud cases, using manual and automated tools to gather data and conduct investigations.
About the Role:You will work closely with our fraud team to determine required action to prevent fraudulent transactions and mitigate loss to the business and its customers. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve financial fraud cases within agreed service levels.
- Take or make calls to customers or victims to effectively resolve fraud cases.
- Determine required action to prevent fraudulent transactions and mitigate loss to the business and its customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 1+ years' experience in either Customer Services, Fraud Operations, Chargebacks, Audit, or Banking.
- Performance driven, and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Enhanced maternity and paternity pay, depending on length of service.
We handle everything in-house, including technology, content creation, e-commerce, marketing, manufacturing, new product development, and logistics.
