Job Title: Retail Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Dynamix Recruitment Limited. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the retail industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide knowledgeable and personalized help and advice to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs, and provide information on product features and benefits.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, and be able to answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
  • Store Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store, including receiving and processing stock, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, and be able to answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
