The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, installation, breakdown, repair, and calibration of a wide range of sophisticated medical laboratory diagnostics systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing technical support to customers and ensuring that their diagnostic systems are functioning correctly.
  2. Installing, maintaining, and repairing diagnostic equipment at customer sites.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in a customer-facing field service engineering capacity, gained within a high-value capital equipment environment. You will also need to have a broad range of technical skills, including experience with diagnostic systems, laboratory equipment, and medical devices.

Your Background

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You will need to be able to demonstrate:

  1. A competent background in a customer-facing field service engineering capacity.
  2. Experience with diagnostic systems, laboratory equipment, and medical devices.
  3. Strong technical skills, including problem-solving and analytical skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
