We are seeking a skilled Lift Maintenance Technician to join our team at Schindler Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lift equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on lift equipment, including minor repairs and replacement of components.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of lift installations to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot lift faults, using a range of techniques and technical manuals.
  • Restore lift equipment to service, ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in lift maintenance, servicing, or repairs.
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 minimum in lift maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full UK driving license required.
