Job Overview

The Department Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store's departments. This individual is responsible for leading, training, and developing associates to provide excellent customer service and ensure customers can easily find the merchandise they need.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and developing a team of associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  2. Providing valuable input into operational and merchandising decisions to the Store Management Team and Operations Team
  3. Ensuring strong product and operational knowledge across all departments
  4. Managing specific store departments, including Building Materials, Decor, Electrical, and more

This role may encompass a combination of multiple departments depending on store structure.
