We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at OH Talent Solutions. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a key role in the delivery of our Occupational Health and Well-being services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake a range of services including Complex Case Management, Sickness Absence Management, Health Surveillance, Pre-Employment Medicals, Assessments & Questionnaires, Immunisation, Vaccination & Phlebotomy Programmes, and Health Promotion & Wellbeing Advice.
- Work with clients to understand their occupational health needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct health assessments and provide recommendations for improving workplace health and safety.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC pin and no restrictions or conditions.
- Occupational Health qualification (Degree, Diploma or Certificate).
- Able to work as an independent and autonomous Occupational Health Advisor.
- Effective communication and relationship building skills.
- Pro-active and motivated individual who can handle a variety of challenges.
- Valid Full UK driving licence.
- Salary £45,000 per annum.
- 33 Days annual leave entitlement (including public holidays).
