Respite Care Staff Member

Crossroads Care NI is seeking a dedicated Respite Care Staff Member to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting carers by providing respite services to individuals with care needs.
This role requires a compassionate and empathetic individual who can build strong relationships with clients and their families. You will need to have a strong background in caring for others, be comfortable working independently, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respite services to carers and their loved ones
- Assist or carry out full personal care as needed
- Support clients with daily activities
Requirements:
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Full valid driving licence, access to a car, and willingness to obtain business use
- Strong background in caring for others
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: £12-£12.40 per hour
- Mileage allowance: 25p per mile
