About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics & VFX Designer to join our Digital Cinema team at Pixelogic Media Partners, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality localized motion graphics and visual effects for major feature films, trailer campaigns, social media, and traditional media for Hollywood studios, independents, and global content providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create 2D and 3D localized motion graphics and visual effects to a high level of finish for feature and trailer projects
  • Abide by company security policies and protect information assets entrusted to you
  • Deal with tight deadlines to deliver accurate assets on time
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Maxon Cinema 4D, and associated technologies
  • Nuke working knowledge a plus
  • Good 2D and 3D tracking, match moving, compositing, and VFX skills
  • Good understanding of video resolution, formats, and technical specs
  • Strong typographic skills essential
  • Basic understanding of principles of color science
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player and able to manage workflow across different simultaneous projects
  • Problem solver with creative and innovative approach, with ability to think outside the box
  • Ability and willingness to learn new methods, procedures, or techniques and take on new tasks
  • Creative and proactive attitude
Experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in motion graphics within a post-production environment
  • Previous experience working with localized graphics an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College/University or equivalent professional experience
