Anticoagulation Expert RN

James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Anticoagulation Expert RN to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing expert advice on anticoagulation therapy and collaborating with colleagues and clients.

This full-time or part-time position requires an experienced Nurse who can work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a broad knowledge base in anticoagulation therapy.

• Provide guidance on anticoagulation therapy to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of anticoagulation therapy best practices.
• Contribute to the development of training programs and materials for healthcare professionals.

1. NMC registration as a Nurse.
2. Independent Nurse prescriber certification.
3. Degree or diploma in nursing.
