We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Charles Levick Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered with minimal disruption.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements:
- Project Management Qualification: PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Project, with experience in resource levelling and Gantt chart creation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering.
