Job Title: Nightshift Preparation Manager
About the Role:
Arnold Clark is seeking an experienced and ambitious Nightshift Preparation Manager to join their team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality preparation work and maintaining a well-organized workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a service team of technicians and parts support staff to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
- Ensuring all preparation work is carried out correctly, competently, and on time.
- Delivering excellent preparation standards at all times and resolving any issues quickly and effectively.
- Reviewing and analyzing department KPI and financial reports to motivate staff to exceed objectives.
- Planning and organizing daily workload, including sales objectives.
- Working with the Parts department to manage stock and deliver an industry-leading range of parts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- A passion for delivering great customer service.
- High levels of literacy and numeracy.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team to achieve success.
- Good organizational and IT skills.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure.
- The ability to multitask and deliver great results.
