We are seeking a skilled Digital Accessibility Specialist to join our team at RedCat Solutions Ltd. As a Digital Accessibility Tech Champion, you will play a key role in promoting digital accessibility across the arts and cultural sector in England.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital accessibility, with a strong understanding of how technology can be leveraged to benefit arts organisations and individuals. You should possess excellent communication skills and the drive to motivate and support others in realising their digital ambitions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic national team of Tech Champions, providing expert support and guidance across the country. As part of this role, you will collaborate with arts organisations and individuals to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance digital accessibility.

We offer a competitive salary of £36,987 per annum (pro rata), plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible working options.
