Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Ty Hotel Newport. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine, and soft drinks.
  • Maintain a high level of service standards, ensuring timely and efficient service to guests.
  • Develop a good understanding of wines and spirits, and be able to make recommendations to guests.
  • Keep the service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared at all times.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of wines and spirits, and ability to make recommendations to guests.
