Hvpd Ltd is looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join their Commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support across Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams, building experience in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Quotation preparation for regional Sales Managers using PandaDoc.
  • Preparing reports and data cleaning using Salesforce.
  • Creating and updating Salesforce reporting.
  • Assisting with the organisation of customer training and associated administrations.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, excellent career progression opportunities, and flexible working arrangements. The ideal candidate will have experience in using Salesforce and excellent understanding of Microsoft Office.

  • Experience of using Salesforce.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work both reactively and proactively in a busy and varied sales environment.
