Job Description

This is a hybrid working position with progression opportunities available at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning Reports: Prepare and package financial planning reports for the Financial Planners and their clients.
  2. Policy Information: Obtain policy information, documents, factsheets, illustrations and product comparison quotes through appropriate sources.
  3. Client Information: Maintain accurate client information and record client interaction on the back office system.
  4. Annual Reviews: Assist with the annual review process of existing clients.
  5. Ad-hoc Support: Any additional ad-hoc requests and support on company projects as and when required.
Candidate Specification
  1. Microsoft Office Skills: Experience of working with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, or similar tools.
  2. Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills, flexible and proactive approach to getting the job done.
  3. Financial Services Experience: Previous experience of working within financial services.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Experience of working in a small to medium sized financial services environment.
  5. Financial Services Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of Financial Services Industry.
