Insolvency Lawyer

An experienced Insolvency Senior Associate is sought to join the highly regarded Disputes team at an international commercial law firm in Cardiff. This role offers a varied caseload, opportunities for business growth, and exceptional legal advice provision to diverse organisations.

As part of the Commercial Disputes team, you will handle complex insolvency-related matters, manage your own cases, and support partners on more intricate tasks.

• Key responsibilities include corporate, personal, and cross-border insolvency work, litigation, advisory services, asset recovery, and restructuring and turnaround.

To be successful, you should have a minimum 5 years' PQE within a reputable insolvency/litigation team, with ongoing commitment to professional development through CPD.
