About the Role

NHS Scotland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse to join our dermatology team as a Band 5 nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a busy dermatology unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to patients with dermatological conditions
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing and multi-professional team to ensure a high standard of care
  • Develop and further develop specialty skills and care in providing a high standard of care for patients with dermatology conditions
  • Participate in outpatient clinics, day unit treatment, and phototherapy, patch testing and surgical sessions
Requirements
  • Suitably qualified nurse with a strong background in dermatology
  • Highly motivated and committed to providing high-quality patient care
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
