About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Reporting Specialist to join our team at Smart DCC. As a key member of our EPMO SLT, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality reporting solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

You will work closely with the Head of Data & Reporting to develop and implement our portfolio reporting capability, providing timely and data-driven insights to help ensure that initiatives are delivered per plan from a scope, timeline, resource, cost, and benefits perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the portfolio reporting capability: Providing timely and data-driven insights to help ensure that initiatives are delivered per plan from a scope, timeline, resource, cost, and benefits perspective.
  • Support the Head of Data & Reporting: Delivering all EPMO-related regulatory reporting on behalf of the Director of Enterprise Portfolio Management.
  • Deputise for the Head of Data & Reporting: Providing an alternative point of contact and overseeing compliance of reporting activities with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Reporting Manager role: Proven track record of delivering high-quality reporting solutions.
  • Project / Programme Expertise: Strong understanding of project management frameworks, methodologies, tools, and associated best practices.
  • Portfolio Reporting Expertise: Proven record of accomplishment in managing reporting functions within a Portfolio / PMO setting.
  • Data and Reporting Proficiency: Experienced user of a wide range of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI: Essential to this role.
