Our Graduate Scheme

We are looking for motivated graduates from all backgrounds to join our graduate scheme and play a crucial role in securing efficient, reliable water resources for customers across the North West.

What You Will Do
  • Develop your knowledge of reservoir construction, operation, maintenance, and management, as well as Health & Safety techniques and the regulatory environment.
  • Work both individually and as a member of a team, growing your working knowledge of managing interfaces with other disciplines.
  • Gather and analyze data required for engineering design and asset maintenance.
  • Communicate concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What We Offer
  • A competitive starting salary of £30,000, 26 days of annual leave (increasing to 30 days after four years), plus bank holidays.

Requirements
  • A Master's degree level qualification in Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technically competent with good planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, possessing ambition and drive.
Our Recruitment Process

We require you to complete a numerical and deductive reasoning test, a one-way video interview, and an assessment centre, which will take place between 27th November - 6th December 2024.
