Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to join our team. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for managing all operational activities, team and patient journeys, performance, and clinical compliance. Your role will also involve helping drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all operational activities, including team and patient journeys, performance, and clinical compliance.
  • Help drive the business forward by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Work closely with the practice team to ensure seamless delivery of dental services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze practice performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
