Job Title: Advisor - Electrical

Job Summary:

Talent Solution Partners is seeking a highly skilled Advisor - Electrical to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving forward and implementing the QHSE strategy in accordance with ethical guidelines and client corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement account-specific QHSE business plans and objectives as set by the client.
  2. Ensure compliance against all business-wide policies and simplify and standardize systems and processes where possible.
  3. Lead on provision, guidance, and practical expertise on all QHSE topics, ensuring day-to-day support for the client, site-based customers, and the Facilities Management team.
  4. Coordinate risk management activities, maintain the Risk Register, and conduct risk assessments and incident reporting.
  5. Review and develop safe systems of work, including electrical safety, and implement environmental improvement action plans.
  6. Develop and lead QHSE meetings for each site, providing quality content, documentation, and minutes.
  7. Provide training and issue monthly toolbox talks specific to client business activities.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate management information and reports for use by the client at Board of Director meetings.
  9. Build collaborative working relationships with other company employees across UK locations to ensure aligned processes and services.
  10. Maintain regular contact with the UK Customer Business Manager, consult on key decisions, and advise on incidents, escalations, and complaints.
