About the Role

We are seeking a Coach to join our team at Career Connect, a charity that puts the community and young people first. As a Coach, you will work across community locations, supporting young people to access support, education, employment, and training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with young people aged 15 and above to identify their goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
  • Provide guidance and support to help young people access education, employment, and training opportunities.
  • Collaborate with community partners to deliver services and support to young people.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with young people to monitor their progress and provide feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with young people aged 15 and above.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with community partners.
