As a Respiratory Physiologist, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides diagnostic testing and patient care to individuals with various respiratory conditions.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in lung function testing, including spirometry, lung volumes, gas transfer, FeNO, and 6-minute walking tests. You will work closely with other specialists to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

We are seeking two Respiratory Physiologists (Band 5) to join our Adult Respiratory Physiology Team at Royal South Hants. If you are enthusiastic about respiratory medicine and have a BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent, we encourage you to apply. Newly qualified applicants or junior clinical physiologists are also welcome to apply.

As a Respiratory Physiologist at our trust, you will benefit from a competitive salary, estimated to be around £28,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a minimum of 35 days paid holiday (pro rata), access to a range of NHS discounts, and a generous pension scheme.

The successful candidate will be required to hold a BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent and have relevant experience in respiratory physiology sciences. They must also be eligible for voluntary registration with the RCCP or equivalent. We value candidates who can demonstrate excellent communication, time management, teamwork, attention to detail, and numeracy skills.
