About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Planning Manager to join our Creative team at Jaguar Land Rover. As a key member of our Business Planning & Operations team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our function, guiding us through complex challenges, and unlocking new opportunities for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of Creative budget spend across Headcount/Overheads/Capex
  • Managing the Creative business planning team to deliver business excellence across all of our processes – Finance/Headcount/Procurement
  • Work collaboratively with our partners across the business to ensure an aligned and integrated approach
  • Responsible for controlling all elements of spend (Headcount/Overheads/Capex) through defined processes
  • Work closely with the programme management teams within Creative to provide resource demand and actuals for all cycle plan and non-cycle plan activities
Requirements
  • Experience in leading and developing a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of project management, meeting demanding timescales and effective delivery
  • Commercial awareness required to drive efficiencies and maximise value for money
  • Experience of collaboration cross-functional team working
