Job Title: Subtitling Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled Subtitling Producer to join our team at The Mill. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality subtitles for broadcast and online content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage the creation and delivery of foreign-language and audio description projects, ensuring strict quality standards are met.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and communicate project status and progress.
  • Collaborate with freelance linguists and technical personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Apply quality control measures to ensure accurate and timely delivery of subtitles.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in subtitling and localization projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
