Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join our team. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for working in our small debt team to obtain payments from customers. Your duties will include issuing copy invoices, sending statements of accounts, and dealing with queries around outstanding debt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working in the small debt team to make calls to customers to obtain payments
• Issuing copy invoices to customers
• Sending statements of accounts to customers
• Dealing with any queries around outstanding debt

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
