Rosscare is a leading provider of NHS wheelchair services, emphasizing quality and prioritizing the user experience. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our Posture and Mobility Services team.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity requires you to utilize your clinical skills to assess the mobility needs of adults and children with complex needs. You will work closely with clinical and operational colleagues to deliver high-quality service performance that showcases a personalized approach with measurable outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Assessing mobility needs and prescribing wheelchairs with associated accessories;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to improve service user outcomes;
- Supporting internal and external training programs; and
- Undertaking risk assessments and managing corresponding risks.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must hold a full current UK driving license and be willing to drive as necessary. Additionally, you will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Benefits and Remuneration
We offer a competitive salary range of £37,338 - £44,962, dependent on experience, along with benefits such as a company pension scheme, life assurance scheme, and employee assistance scheme. You will also have access to free on-site parking.
