Commercial Operations Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement a commercial strategy that aligns with our ambitious goals and values.
- Sales Operations Management: Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end sales operations function, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Develop and oversee commercial performance metrics and KPIs, using data to uncover insights that drive revenue growth.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices, refining sales and operational processes to support scalability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between sales, marketing, product, and finance, facilitating effective communication and alignment on objectives and results.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or business operations roles, preferably in high-growth or entrepreneurial settings. They will also possess demonstrable success in designing and implementing scalable commercial strategies that drive revenue, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and analytics platforms.
