Key Responsibilities- Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts, working closely with our Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to nurture and engage our clients.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and generating new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with our Business Development Manager to strategically target and secure new business, aligning with our overall business goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to our clients, educating them on our internal processes and ensuring they receive a tailored experience.
- Support client events, hospitality, and educational initiatives, and act as the escalation point for resolving any queries between Parasol and our clients.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and legislation to add value and ensure compliance in client interactions.
- Experience in a sales environment, ideally as a Business Development Manager or Account Manager, working with a portfolio of clients and winning new business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to execute a high volume of outbound sales phone activity, with a focus on processes and experience with salesforce CRM.
