Heathrow Personnel is seeking a skilled Junior Buyer / Expediter to manage pre-purchase enquires from obtaining supplier quotations to purchase order and delivery to the end user.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking activity to demonstrate methodology
  • Ensuring timely delivery and monitoring purchase order progress
  • Tracking daily/weekly supplier deliveries to shippers in the UK, USA, or direct from the country of origin
  • Identifying alternative suppliers for engineering needs

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
