IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Junior IT Technician to join our team at CV-Library. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in IT support. The position is fixed-term, covering maternity leave until July 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
• Solve information systems problems using helpdesk software and procedures.
• Design and support computer systems to achieve company targets.
• Support software requirements through research, development, and maintenance of applications and databases.
• Provide general IT support as required.
Requirements:
• A recent qualification within an IT field.
• Alternatively, experience in IT without formal qualifications.

£44 per hour.
