Job Summary:

This role involves providing person-centered care to clients in their homes, promoting independence, and supporting them with daily living activities. You will work collaboratively with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, prioritizing their needs and preferences.Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.Encourage social interaction, engaging clients in conversations and activities that promote mental stimulation.Support clients with mealtime assistance, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.Monitor and report any changes in client condition, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure timely interventions.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess QQI Level 5 Modules in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person (or equivalent) qualification.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is €28,500 - €35,000, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes competitive pay rates, paid annual leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
