New Resource Group is seeking a skilled Vehicle Mechanic to play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a fleet of commercial vans.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs on commercial vans, cars, and other company equipment.
- Carry out vehicle inspections and MOT checks.
- Document routine maintenance or repair work accurately and promptly.
- Report any defective tools or workshop equipment.
- Maintain safe working practices at all times.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in motor repairs and diagnosis.
- A minimum of Level 2 qualification in motor vehicle technology.
- Attendance of a mechanical engineering course.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices, including tyres.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Clean driving licence (highly desirable).
