Corporate Tax Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our team at Curtis Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing expert tax advice to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and provide tax advice to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Prepare and submit Corporate Tax Returns on behalf of clients
  • Deal with enquiries and assist staff and principals as needed
  • Carry out tax work in accordance with the Firm's procedures and consider tax planning issues
  • Maintain accurate records of Corporation Tax Returns and ensure all Returns are filed on time

Requirements:

  • CTA qualified (essential)
  • Extensive experience gained in a UK accountancy practice environment
  • Ability to work on a portfolio of OMBs from a compliance and tax planning perspective
  • Understanding of interaction with non-corporate taxes an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills and technical ability
  • Ability to work as part of a team and manage junior team members
