We are seeking a highly experienced and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our Leadership team in Cotswolds Integrated Community Teams (ICTs). As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical, professional, managerial, and leadership expertise for your profession within the ICTs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide profession-specific advice and support to ensure the quality of services provided.
  • Work in partnership with the ICT Operational Team to ensure high-quality clinical care is delivered operationally.
  • Drive innovation and champion best practice in the contribution that community services deliver as part of the health and social care system.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with other health, social, and third sector partners.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to their Professional Code of Conduct as a registered professional.

Requirements

  • An Occupational Therapy degree (level 6) or diploma equivalent.
  • Extensive post-registration experience in the requisite discipline.
