Morrison Energy Services is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our Substation Build Team in Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of UK Power Networks' 11kV to 132kV Network, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • You will develop and implement comprehensive health and safety plans, method statements, and risk assessments to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • You will coordinate and supervise construction activities, including procurement of materials, and notify your line manager of any possible variations.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in construction and the electricity industry, as well as experience working in substations up to 132kV. You'll also need to be IT literate, specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and hold a full valid driving license.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic company in the energy sector and take on a challenging leadership role. The salary for this position is estimated at £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, life assurance, private healthcare, and a company car and fuel card.
