Dietician Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team in London, working on bank shifts across our network of private hospitals. As a Registered Dietitian, you will provide expert nutrition support to patients with a variety of conditions, including diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, and obesity. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and communicating effectively with patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
• Provide expert nutrition support to patients with a range of conditions, including diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, and obesity
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Work closely with dietetic colleagues to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A BSc degree in Dietetics or a related field
• Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and membership of the British Dietetic Association (BDA)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and practices, particularly in relation to critical care and diabetes management
