We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our team at Wipro Limited. As an Automation Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver innovative solutions that address clients' most complex digital transformation needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our existing automation frameworks by adding new functions, identifying reusable components, and defining an automation approach to drive completion. You will also help prepare for testing by identifying test data, setting up test environments, and configuring test environment settings.

About the Role:

  • Prepare for testing by identifying test data, setting up test environments, and configuring test environment settings.
  • Analyze detailed systems requirements to verify that programs function according to actual requirements and established guidelines.
  • Create automated test cases using existing frameworks leveraging tools such as Selenium and Ranorex.
  • Operate as a member of a Scrum team, conducting manual and automated testing using Agile, CI/CD development, and testing processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automation test implementation using Selenium framework.
  • Proficient in using open-source test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, Test NG, BDD framework using Cucumber.
  • Expertise in Ranorex, JMeter, Jenkins integration, and GIT is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Core Java programming and capable of writing Java programs.
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries and JDBC/ODBC to complete end-to-end testing.
  • Proficient in design, implementation of test cases, and writing code to improve overall testability of software.
  • Proficient in Testing Automation with Web Apps and APIs.
  • Proficient in Maven, GitHub, and Jenkins tools with commands and configuration levels.
  • Proficient in any one of Test management tool like JIRA and good in Defect end-to-end life cycle.
  • Good exposure in working with developers, DevOps team in Agile/Scrum test automation delivery model.
  • Experience in continuous integration system using Git, Jenkins, Jira is preferred.
  • A competitive salary ranging from $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
