Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a House Manager at Marlborough College. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic boarding house environment, supporting the welfare of pupils and contributing to the smooth running of the college.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide pastoral care and support to pupils in the boarding house
  • To manage and supervise domestic staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • To work closely with the Housemaster/Mistress and other members of the boarding house team to ensure the efficient operation of the house
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in residential management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
