We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our dynamic team at German Doner Kebab

About the Role:

As a Back of House Team Member, you will be responsible for supporting our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and outstanding guest care. You will work closely with our team to maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to our brand standards.
  • Ensure accurate portion control and quality control.
  • Monitor food levels within the kitchen and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work safely and consciously to Food Safety Standards at all times.
  • Adhere to our cleaning and storage standards, including pot wash and a clean-as-you-go attitude.
  • Fill in daily paperwork in line with our standards.
