Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community fundraising strategies to engage and mobilize our supporters
  • Lead the delivery of community fundraising activity, including product design and development

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including supporters, donors, and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of community fundraising initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in community fundraising, with a strong track record of success
  • Expertise in relationship building and community engagement
  • Demonstrable experience leading and coordinating the delivery of community fundraising activity and product development processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform fundraising strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
