Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HGV Class 2 driver to join our team at CSG, a leading environmental services company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting and transporting waste to our facilities, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate HGV Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing advice and guidance on waste management practices.
  • Work collaboratively with our transport depot team to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.
  • Participate in our on-call rota, completing out-of-hours emergency work as required.
  • Contribute to the development of our company's sustainability initiatives, promoting environmentally responsible practices throughout our operations.

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 2 license and Digi-card.
  • Current CPC qualification.
  • Experience in the waste management industry (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
