The role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you will be responsible for maintaining the company's machinery and equipment.

Key Job Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the company's machinery and equipment">
  • Ensuring optimal production levels and efficiency">
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise">

Competitive Salary Package

The company offers a competitive salary package of £43,670 plus 20% shift allowance (£46,404) per annum, along with other benefits including:

  • A guaranteed annual service bonus of 2%">
  • A 5% target bonus dependent upon performance of the site paid annually">
  • Five weeks' holiday plus bank holidays (built into the shift pattern)">
  • An onsite gym">

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and excellent communication skills.

They must also be flexible and able to work varying shifts, including weekends.
