Job Description:

As a Teaching Professional in Care, you will play a vital role in educating and training individuals in Health and Social Care. Your primary responsibilities will include teaching Health and Social Care Level 1 and 2, developing and implementing training programmes, and maintaining accurate learner records.

Main Duties:

  • Teach Health and Social Care: Delivering informative sessions to learners, focusing on topics like patient care and mental health.
  • Develop Training Programmes: Creating tailored training programmes, aligned with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Regularly updating learner records, highlighting progress and achievements.

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant Qualifications: A relevant qualification such as PTLLS, CertEd or equivalent, or NVQ Diploma or Degree in health and social care is necessary.
  • Assessing Qualifications: Holding assessing qualifications like CAVA or TAQA is highly desirable.
