Join Our Team as a Delivery Director

CreateFuture is a leading digital consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, robust, and thoughtful products. We're looking for a seasoned Delivery Director to take our Delivery practice to the next level.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Delivery practice leader who has a proven track record of scaling a practice to support a £50m - £100m Client portfolio. You'll be responsible for setting the standard for Client experience and delivery excellence, driving outstanding outcomes for Clients, and shaping our delivery framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply delivery expertise to support multiple complex scaled client engagements
  • Drive the delivery of our Delivery Framework, setting the standards for delivery quality for engagements of differing complexity and scale
  • Coach our team of Delivery Principals and Managers
  • Identify potential risks and challenges that could impact the delivery of client projects, develop solutions, and support the team to implement them
  • Support the pre-sales process to help shape future engagements, including proposals, RFPs, pitches, SOW creation, and team shaping
  • Role model a delivery and outcome-focused way of working, never losing sight of the end goal for our clients, matching the current demands to the future plans, and driving predictability through metrics
  • Act as an Agile Coach & mentor both internally and externally, enhancing the capability of the wider Delivery department
Requirements
  • Seasoned Delivery Director with experience of running a £50+m portfolio across multiple client sectors
  • Extensive experience from a Consultancy company
  • Large programme management experience (multi-million programmes)
  • Demonstrate proven experience in applying modern agile methods and their application in a fast-paced environment
