We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our night shift team at First Choice Staff. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all warehousing activities are compliant with warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure compliance with both CAA Aviation security and HMRC ETSF regulations.
  • Oversee the maintenance of machinery and promote a strong health and safety culture.
  • Monitor and control all warehousing activities to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prioritize incident prevention and promote a positive security culture.
  • Follow and enforce all internal procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in running a warehouse.
  • Experience in freight forwarding and warehouse management.
  • Forklift license.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive and willing to complete tasks.
  • Flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
