We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Contract Personnel Limited. Key Responsibilities- Identify suitable candidates for our clients' needs through various channels, including job boards, social media, and our front office CRM system.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our clients' requirements.
- Finding suitable assignments for our candidates by speaking with our current and prospect clients, calling clients, and introducing our services and candidates.
- Work as part of a team to ensure we are maximizing on our candidates and clients' requirements are filled promptly.
- Make introduction calls to our current and prospect clients, book meetings, and conduct daily check-ins to ensure a personal approach.
- Use our bespoke CRM system daily to maximize on our current candidate and client pool.
- Strong verbal, communication, and administrative skills.
- Ability to pitch in when needed and work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- A passion for helping others succeed and a hunger to be the best recruiter known in our field.
