The Successful Candidate

A successful Productivity Performance Manager should possess:

  1. Proven experience in driving productivity improvements and enhancing business efficiency
  2. Ability to define KPI strategies with data-driven decision making
  3. Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach
  4. Strong knowledge of the manufacturing or chemical industry
  5. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
