Join Our Team as a Business Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Consultant to join our team at Schroders. As a key member of our Business Transformation Solutions team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and delivering strategic solutions to our clients.

About the Role

The Business Transformation Consultant will be responsible for leading the delivery of consulting assignments and playing a key role on large and complex projects. You will operate as a role model for the rest of the Business Consultancy team, demonstrating exceptional leadership and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the delivery of consulting assignments and/or play a key role on large/complex assignments.
  2. Operate as a role model for the rest of the Business Consultancy team through leading by example.
  3. Develop and implement strategic solutions to drive business transformation and deliver value to our clients.
  4. Collaborate with business and programme teams to clarify priorities, stakeholder management, design governance, and TOM implementation activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. Investment management experience gained primarily in Buy Side organisations, across a number of areas, such as:
  2. Different Investment business lines, such as Public Markets (e.g. Equities, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset), Private Markets (e.g. Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt) and Wealth Management.
  3. Knowledge of the Investment Management value chain and end-to-end processes (client onboarding, product development, portfolio management, implementation, investment operations, fund administration, reporting, etc.).
  4. Established track record of strategy development, operating model definition and large-scale change implementation.
  5. An understanding and experience of iterative delivery methodologies, such as Agile and Scaled Agile.
