Shire Healthcare Services Ltd: Clinical Psychologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in a specialist residential step-down rehabilitation service for adult service users with ASD, learning disabilities, and/or acquired brain injury.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality psychological assessments, interventions, and support to service users. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and carers
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified Clinical Psychologist with experience in rehabilitation settings. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of ASD, learning disabilities, and acquired brain injury is essential.
